We would like our youth volunteers to walk away from their service trip experience more aware of the poverty in the developing world and more focused on others' needs. We have seen young adults grow in their desire to serve, both abroad and at home.

Youth will experience other cultures, be engaged in the act of giving, and grow in their faith.

Our service learning trips are a time for hard work, a time for fun, and a unique time for reflection. Youth who volunteer with us are often more grateful for what they have. They are more willing to volunteer both in the states and abroad.

International Samaritan has 15 years’ experience organizing service learning immersion trips for youth. Students are carefully monitored at all times to ensure not only their physical well-being, but also their emotional well-being.
